We try to assist you in finding our Vela advertising items most quickly and simply. Finally you should reach your aim by means of the already known product descriptions or categories.

There are different possibilities. One is to click on the menu bar which will lead you to the respective product category. You will see a table survey of any products of the selected area. If you request detailed information about an advertising item, click on the product photo, the name or the „more“ link. The detailed view of the respective product will open.

Another possibility of searching is the input.

Where do I find the item tracking?

You will find the item tracking on any pages of the Vela portal so that you will be able to start another search at any time. In the right area of your browser window there is the input field for your tracking request. Please fill in the search term of your choice and start the search by means of a mouse click or the RETURN button. Subsequently you will see a table survey of any items found in short form. If the searched item cannot be found therein, just click on the respective product photo and you will receive any product data in detail.

Which search terms may I use?

Basically any term may be inserted in the item tracking. Search inputs making sense are for instance product categories such as writing set or writing instrument. As the search result may be quite extensive, you should already enter an item name – if already known to you – or a significant feature such as for instance a colour. We would like to explain this to you taking an example.

We suppose that you are looking for writing sets as advertising items and that these should be either red or have got a red decoration.

First enter the input field of the category of the requested advertising item. With our example this would be the product category of writing sets. As the search result seems to be unsatisfactory, just replace the search term by means of the requested colour indication. Enter a colon after the product category („:“) and add your requested colour. As regards our example there is “writing sets:red“ in our search input now.

Upon activating of search you will receive a table survey of any writing sets disposing of at least one red component. Now you will be able to view any writing sets found in the short description. If you want to get more details in order to achieve better search results, just enter another specification for the item and repeat the search. (the second feature by means of :?)

As the previous search terms are stored, the previous search result will be reduced according to your information and showed in short form.

From each page you may start item tracking and display a selection of Vela advertising items. No matter where you are, you will be able to extend the search or to start another search.

You must not start the search inquiry by means of another group category. It is simply up to you which search terms you use. If you know for instance the product description of a writing set, just enter it directly into the item tracking and the corresponding search result will be displayed.
Maybe you look for the calendar called „Athen“. You just have to enter the „Athen“ term into the item search and any advertising items having got this item name or description will be displayed. If you want to extend the search, just add a certain colour selection as a further term for instance and have displayed any items found with these criteria. So step by step any search results may be improved to the extent requested.
